We were recently lucky enough to be visiting a beautiful town called Hope Town in the Bahamas. It is one of the most pretty places I’ve ever been and it didn’t take long to start snapping away at the architectural details, especially the dormer designs with their shutters and loft room designs of all the timber houses.
As the place was so sunny I thought January would be a perfect time to show them, to wash the winter blues away with perfect pastels and inject some summer 2016 hope from Hope town!
Enjoy !
I particularly liked the way they have used the gable end as a balcony in the mint coloured house above which looks straight out over the harbour.
who wouldn’t want to live in this beautiful pink with pretty teal shutters!!!
The cut away corner to this property creates an unusual shape to the loft with the added bonus of an additional vertical surface for another window.
We all love the colour of this one, perfect for the Bahamian sun!
It isn’t a loft, but it was just too pretty not to capture and share!
